Prepared like fluffy American pancakes?

Do you like pancakes? Have you ever tried American pancakes? They are a little more thick and fluffy than the usual. I personally love them and give a very good recipe for them. You will like it anyway.

Here it is:

Required products:

135 g simple flour1/2 tablespoons salt1 tablespoon baking soda2 tbsp of caster sigar130 ml milk1 large or 2 small eggs, very slightly beaten2 tablespoons melted butter and olive oil for cooking

Preparation:

Step 1: Take two large bowls. Put the baking soda, flour, salt and sugar in one of them. Mix the milk and eggs in another bowl, stir carefully, and add the melted butter. Spirit, which has the butter cool down a little before you add the egg and the milk.

Step 2: Mix the milk mixture with the flour a and with a fork, beat a smooth dough until you. There should be no lumps in the bowl, so do your best to beat the mixture well. Leave the dough for 10 minutes to rest a little.

Step 3: Take some paper towels and soak it with olive oil. Use non-stick pan on the stove and heat over medium heat. Rub the pan with a piece of kitchen paper, taking care not to burn, and add a ladle of batter. The dough looks too thick, but that's as it should be. Cooking the pancakes too, until the top bubble begins, and turn it around. Bake until golden brown on both sides. Each pancake has rise about 1 cm thick. Repeat the process until you're out of dough.

Step 4: Consume the pancakes while they are still warm covered with maple syrup and some extra butter. If you want, you can use strawberries or other kind of jam food.

This is a wonderful recipe, but remember that the pancakes will taste not good, if you cook them in a dirty kitchen or pan. You absorb odors from the room and will be terrible. Fantastic oven cleaner recommend to periodically clean your kitchen dishes to look professional and be tasty.
